Interculturalism, authenticity, unity and dynamism, are the four pillars upon which it intends to start work on the development of the Ratio. The itinerary, which is leading the Friars Minor Capuchin to deepen the charism ways to communicate today, has known important phase with the V General Assembly of the Bureau of Training. The need to take the first steps towards the realization of a Ordinis Formationis Ratio (or "Formative Project") has been the particular object of dialogue and discussion, which flows directly from the emergency order of the Magisterium of the Church and our Constitutions and in this historical moment of the decision of the current superior general, who have viewed the training as a priority for his service and his fraternal animation.
